Online TESOL Diploma Course Content
We organize our course into 12 modules. All modules with the exception of the last require approximately 16 hours of study – 175 hours overall. The last module is a research based thesis, which generally requires 75 hours to finish. At least 250 hours are therefore required to complete the course.
Assessment with or without Tutor Support
The 12-unit research-based course is divided into two sections, and participants initially have access to modules 1 to 6. A task sheet accompanies each module, which is completed after studying the associated material, and is intended to selfmonitor progress. Once the sixth module has been completed, the test for that section can be downloaded. After successfully completing the test, the process is repeated for modules 7 to 11 and a second test taken. A research thesis is then required.
The DipTESOL Diploma is issued after successful completion of both tests and the research thesis.
