In this ubit we come across teaching receptive language skills - reading and listening. Type of reading/listening may vary from the purpose of the reader/listener wether it is getting a general idea from the content or understanding all the text up to each detail. The unit presents us with solutions that help the students cope with the problems they usually face while reading or listening to the text. It might be presenting the students with some unknown language structure or vocabulary prpior to reading/listerning to the text, creating an interest to a certain topic, giving students the tasks regarding comprehension of the content perceived.
