This lesson helped familiarize me with the phonetic alphabet that makes sense once looking at it but i had not had much practice with before. Studying this unit will help me to communicate and pronounce certain words more effectively with students when they have problems. I plan to teach in south America and do to the great difference between the lack of accent usage in the english language and great use in spanish language, this lesson will help me to advance the pronunciation of my students.
