This unit has provided great detail on how to arrange and co-ordinate activities within a classroom. It has taught me the importance of how to manage your class and how to ensure that the class is effective. The way a teacher is perceived by the student is so important because this will help to build rapport between the teacher and the student. When a relationship is developed between teacher and student this will help the student in becoming more free in expressing himself/herself. It has given me great insight of how to control behaviour in the classroom as this can be a huge factor in the success of the class as a whole.
