TEFL Certification Cairo | TEFL Egypt
Egypt’s capital, Cairo, is one of the largest and most culturally diverse cities in the Arab world and is a fascinating place to take a TEFL course. It is one of the most international cities in Egypt and has a long history as the location of this ancient nation’s historic capitals. Cairo boasts a huge number of ancient and modern monuments and can be seen as a “living museum” where visitors get to experience Pharaonic, Greek, Roman, Coptic and Islamic monuments dotted across the city. These archaeological sites attract visitors from all over the world and Cairo is a first-class tourist destination.
Cairo is not only home to these many historic attractions; it is also home to a number of famous shopping malls, opera houses, theatres and more. The city also hosts the Cairo International Film Festival every year and has done so since 1976. To cater to the large number of international visitors the city welcomes each year, there is a wide variety of hotels and other accommodation available.
Among the numerous attractions Cairo and its surrounds have to offer visitors are more than fifty museums, which house artifacts from thousands of years of Egyptian history. The Tahir Museum houses the mummified remains of Ramesses II, the most powerful Pharaoh of the Nineteenth Dynasty. Ramesses II reigned between 1279 and 1213 BC. Of course, no visitor would come to Egypt and not want to see the Pyramids and the Great Sphinx at Giza. These monuments to great power have stood for thousands of years and still inspire awe and wonder today. For a more relaxed way to pass the time in Cairo you can take a dinner cruise along the Nile and spend a couple of hours drifting along this world-famous river soaking up the sights and enjoying a great meal. You can also find refuge from the hectic city life of Cairo in the nature reserves and protected areas, which offer some quiet, cozy places to relax and unwind.
Egypt’s capital is also an education hub for the country and the wider region. It has fifteen public and private universities, which include the American University and the British University. The Ministry of Higher Education also has more than thirty-five higher education institutions under its control. Transport in Cairo is excellent with a subway system, rail network, buses, taxis and app-based services Uber and Careem.

Casual attire is no problem during the input sessions. However, during teaching practice, you should appear as a professional teacher in front of your students.
