In this lesson, I learned the importance of building report with students, how to avoid behaviour problems and how to prevent them from escalating. Among the tips giving I particularly like “you need to be seen as fair.â€if we are fair, most likely we will have the respect of our students. I also learned that teachers should give individual attention by not letting some single individuos dominate, instead give other students the opportunity to answer question. However, we should not force them to answer it. TTT should be balanced as it has benefits but also disadvantages.
