This unit is about Teaching and Learning. I learnt about different developmental theories such as the constructivists, the environmentalists and the maturationists. Also, i learnt about how to adopt an approach towards teaching such as the ESA, the boomerang and the patchwork. What is more, i learnt about the advantages and disadvantages of learning environment. For example the arrows and the various seating arrangements. Finally, i found very useful the different roles of a teacher such as counsellor, facilitator and mentor.
