In unit 16,has been quite interesting and a brain teaser especially when reporting incidences that had occured sometime back.I have learnt some guidelines when reporting what someone has saidas follows,if the direct speech is in present simple,i report in the past simple.If its in present continous,i report in past continous.If its in present perfect continous,i report in past perfect continous.If its in present perfect,i report in the past perfect tense.If the direct speech is in the past simple,i report in the past perfect.if its in the past perfect,i report in the past perfect.↵
