Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. From this first unit I learnt that one of my main roles as a teacher will be to provide my students with activities that are interesting and engaging. I must also be aware of their cultural background to estabilish a good level of respect and collaboration between the group, and, by caring more about the students than my own goals as a teacher, I will be able to understand their reasons for specific behaviors and will possibly be able to revert them to the desired path towards higher achievements, which will be essencial to keep my students motivated.
