This unit is about classroom management. It is not necessary to be an extrovert to be a good teacher. A teacher should be able to motivate learners. Classroom management is all about organising and managing the class, having peaceful atmosphere and maintaining discipline. Good eye contact, gesture and the voice are vital for establishing good rapport with the students.It is also extremely important to set the students' seating and grouping arrangements in order to reinforce certain skills and so that the learners would not get bored with the flow of the course.
