Unit 19 focuses on teaching special groups. The unit covers teaching beginners, individual students, children, Business English/English for special purposes (ESP) and multilingual and monolingual classes. As a teacher with experience only teaching business English, I found this unit useful for understanding other types of teaching situations. I particularly found the section on teaching children helpful in regards to how to deal with this kind of teaching situation. This unit has given me confidence to expand my role as a teacher to different kinds of clients.
