I thoroughly enjoyed this unit, from the multitude of teaching methodologies to the different ways an ESA lesson can be constructed. This unit has really allowed myself to envision my future success in an EFL environment. The methodologies and activities discussed in Unit 3 reminded me of the many types of teachers and lessons I was exposed to growing up and how each one had their own pros and cons. I also learned how to properly give feedback and make corrections without damaging the learnerâ€™s confidence or willingness to experiment with the language.
