This unit explores the importance of managing classes. It gives variant organizational methods of conducting and managing a class. in my opinion, the success of a lesson is dependent on the organizational skills of the teacher. It is also paramount to note that a good teacher should always engage eye contact with his learners as a way of following the learners' involvement and understanding during lesson. It is also observed from this unit that a good teacher should make good use of gestures while giving instructions, explanation, especially internationally recognized gestures.
