Managing classes are very important to be a good teacher. Classroom management is the skill of organizing and managing class, having a friendly, relaxed manner and maintaining discipline. If the teacher has a good managing class, the student will learn effectively and the atmosphere of the class will better. How to have good managing class skillS? Below are some problems and solutions.

If the students are shy and not willing to raise their hands, the students tend to wait for the teacher to walk by and ask questions very quietly. The teacher need help student by the solution, that students should be required to answer questions at random and the teacher then to use the following questions to elicit more information from the student. When the students afraid of making mistakes, the teacher should make the student understand that making mistakes is part of the learning process and mistakes are expected by the teacher.
The teacher should be in eye contact with all the students. The teacher is required to monitor the whole class well by giving all students equal eye contact. This will encourage the students’ eagerness to participate in all areas of skills in the classroom.
The teacher should be teach mixed ability. The teacher needs to prepare to have supplement work available to high earners. The teacher must be aware of the learning styles: audio, visual, tactile.
Classroom activities and instructions being conducted correctly.
Classroom activity directions should be explained clearly and simply by the teacher. Activities must relate to the unit being taught. If activities or teaching methodology is predictable the students will become apathetic. At the beginning of each course, the teacher needs to explain class routines and class rules.
The teacher can use the worksheet in class, but how to use worksheet correctly. Worksheets can be used for all ages and especially for children, it can be used as rewards. The worksheets can also be used as supplementary homework for children, teenagers, and adults.

The teacher needs to provide clear instructions to students.
The teacher should speak slowly and clearly when giving the students instructions for activities or classroom tasks. If student awareness, the teacher should be monitoring the class. The teacher can move around the class and never put a barrier between the student and the teacher. Equal eye contact with all students is essential.
Creating comfortable and happy students.
Students must feel ease with the teacher but also respectful of the teacher. The teacher should have a standard of discipline in the classroom. And teachers are required to give sincere praise when acknowledging student’s progress.
The teacher needs to prepare lesson planning.
The teachers are expected to be well prepared before the class. The teacher must have a road map for teaching. There are some solutions to manage class and we still have some way for expert classroom management.

First, create a student-centered environment.
Creating a student-centered environment means putting the students’ needs ahead of their own goals, and the students are the focus, not the teacher. The students should be doing most of the talking and engaging, and the teacher should be a secondary figure who facilitates the way students are communicating. The teacher also guides students to correct language usage and employs strategies for students to practice in a safe environment. Activities should incorporate student interests and should cater to getting students actively involved.
The second, grammar discussion.
English language learners are notoriously book smart when it comes to grammar. Sometimes though their application of that knowledge can be a bit more challenging. Encourage students to ask a question, and engage in regular dialogue about the nuances of grammar.

Finally, be repetitive.
Building upon what students already know and reviewing those topics frequently will lead to increased language retention and confidence. Focus on what they know whenever possible and review grammar, vocabulary, and syntax often and with variety. Repetition doesn’t have to be boring or rote. Find new and interesting ways to practice old topics, introduce stories with a range of grammar points, and play games that allow students to review many topics at once. The teacher needs to find more and prepare to manage the classroom better.
