Before punishing children or applying strict measures it is important to figure out the possible reasons for such poor behaviour. Very often the causes are quite simple . Sometimes children want to attract attention or may have some problems at home. Also, they can be insecure or are afraid of making mistakes and be mocked by other students. One of the main ideas in classroom management is how a teacher can organise effective work of the whole class despite any reasons for bad behaviour. It is significant to establish the rules at the beginning of the learning process. Children may write down them in their course or exercise books and must be aware of the possible consequences. It is unreasonable to punish children in case if no regulations have been set and discussed. Secondly, learning environment is of high importance as well. The way how a teacher welcomes students at the beginning of the lesson, conducts the whole class and ends it has an important role in success of the class in general. To begin with, the beginning of every class is extremely essential since the progress of a lesson depends directly on it. If a teacher enters the classroom smiling, in good spirits all students will feel it and their mood will change for better. Encouraging and praising learners is vital during the class as it always motivates and stimulates students and increase their participation at the time of the lesson. Furthermore, all the necessary equipment must be thought over by a teacher in advance. Modern boards, CDs or videos will definitely enhance the content of the class and make students more interested and engaged. It is crucial not to forget about giving feedback when the lesson is over as it will show the learners' result and stimulate them to perform better next time. Thirdly, to manage the class properly the planning and designing lessons must be considered. depending on the group, the quantity of students, their level, motivation and age some particular methodologies and techniques should be applied. For example, it is wrong to choose the topic "politics" while teaching small kids or prepare materials mainly for pair-work in case if only one student turns up. There might be diverse situations in the class so the teacher should always have a back-up plan in the event of any unexpected issues occur. Moreover, such factor as "expectations" must also be mentioned. An experienced teacher can predict some situations in class such as: students' behaviour, following the rules, the quantity and quality of work that may be done within the time of class. If a teacher is already acquainted with the students and knows their strenghts and weaknesses it is inwisely to expect that more tasks will be covered during the class. That is why the teacher should prepare the exact amount of materials to have an effective and productive class. To conclude, classroom management is a very important component in teaching. When all classroom management strategies are executed effectively, teachers minimize time to maintain discipline and maximize it to achieve the best result and ensure that the class was hold in a friendly atmosphere and was informative and valuable.
