Lets compare the first and the second video of this unit. 1st video:-the teacher is late for his class. -no introduction/self presentation. -the lesson is not well prepared(the teacher is reading from a paper). -the teacher doesn't encourage students. -confused students. -the teacher talking time is more than students talking time. -the teacher talks while writing on board. -the teacher doesn't give explanation for activities before having them,which make students more confused. -he doesn't work as manager during the activity(keep looking at his phone...) -the teacher left the classroom before the students. 2nd video:-teacher already in the classroom. -he smiles most of the time -there was a self introduction(teacher/students). -the lesson is already prepared. -the teacher encouraged students to talk(so students are not shy and participate effectively). -an effective engage phase(showing pictures,real life examples). -going step by step in the study phase(students more focused/less confused). -explaining the exercise before having it -dividing the class into (pairs/group) -the teacher is acting as a good manager . -students are confident .
