Managing classes are very important to be a good teacher. Classroom management is the skill of organizing and managing class, having a friendly, relaxed manner and maintaining discipline. If the students are shy and not willing to raise their hands, the students tend to wait for the teacher to walk by and ask questions very quietly. When the students afraid of making mistakes, the teacher should make the student understand that making mistakes is part of the learning process and mistakes are expected by the teacher. The teacher also guides students to correct language usage and employs strategies for students to practice in a safe environment.
