In this unit i have got information about the importance of knowing phonology in order to help students read correct and use the words properly. There are many ways to pronunce different words but it is important to know the basic pronunciation. I have learned that there are different phonology ways when we speak and we want someone to answer us or when we make a statment. Also I have learned that stress can help to identify where is the 'strong' part in our speech. Again the activities that there were given were meaningful for me as i will be able to use them in class if they will be needed. Finally I have understood that independently all the rules that are given about the pronuncation and phonology it is better to leave the students practice with the language in order to absorb it the most and with greater results.
