Classroom management is precisely that skill which we, teachers, apply when we teach. Since we most likely teach in a classroom, this skill is called “classroom management ”. It is a kind of teaching behavior for teachers to complete teaching tasks, regulate interpersonal relationships, harmonize teaching environments, and guide students to learn. In addition to the task of "teaching", teachers also have a task of "managing", that is, to coordinate and control the various teaching factors and their relationships in the classroom to form an a harmonious whole[1]. A well-managed classroom will help to create a good teaching environment so that teachers can effectively organize teaching, communication between teachers and students becomes smooth, and the teaching efficiency is high.
