The first video was showing a teacher unprepared and hurried throughout the lesson. The teacher didn't seem to know what was really going on in the lesson and therefore the students were not able to fully grasp the lesson. In the second video the teacher was prepared and genuinely seemed to care about the students in the class and about what he was teaching. The difference in the how the students were able to learn in the different environments was very clear and showed how having a positive attitude, being prepared and caring about the lesson and students can have a clearly beneficial result.
