This unit on lesson planning was helpful as I was not only introduced to how a lesson plan can be structured, but also see some good reasons for making a lesson plan. For example, having a lesson plan be a formal record is important. That is something I haven't thought of, but I can see the value in it as many schools want to have a record of what you are teaching the class. The teacher feedback form also looked like a good tool, as I am on my way to start the beginning stage of my teaching career. This form will not only be helpful to see if the strategy I used in class was effective, but I would also have a record of my thoughts so that I can present it to a more experienced teacher for feedback.
