This unit covers creating an appropriate lesson plan. I learnt that it is important to strike the balance between preparedness and flexibility. The lesson plan should be fairly thorough, covering the breakdown of activities and even the amount of time to fit each part in. But its this structure that allows even an inexperienced teacher to launch their lesson from, and comfortably and confidently be flexible when they can.
