This unit was about how to properly manage a classroom. Managing a classroom includes how a classroom is physically set up, group or individual work, teach eye contact or gestures, responding to problem behavior, and more. Building a good rapport with students is important to help students feel more comfortable to engage in class activities, stopping problem behavior, and decrease tension to make the students feel more relaxed and ready to learn. I feel like in this unit I have learned the basics on how a classroom can be managed efficiently while keeping the learning environment stable and ready for students to engage.
