I agree with planning making a lesson rigid and stop the teacher being flexible to the needs of the students. I also agree that for an amateur teacher it would be very difficult to pace her lesson and be as flexible as her students would require. The 3 functions of writing the lesson plans were very interesting to learner, and I was pleased to learn there is no set structure but critical information should be taken into consideration , such as learner objectives , pace of the lesson and teaching aids. I liked that it was noted that it is a working document because annotating on there would only help a teacher reflect.
