This unit was excellent because in my past experience in working with people who have English as their second language, tenses is often an aspect that is not used correctly. Even to this day, I often catch my self saying \"you will never guess what I seen today!\" then quickly correcting myself realizing that the correct tense is actually \"saw.\" As a future EAL teacher, I think it is important to correct tense because using the wrong tense can confuse the listener as it can sometimes even mean something completely different then the message they are trying to portray. Thanks for this lesson, it was a good refresher!
