The importance of receptive skills, learning this unit I got the general idea about receptive skills and their importance in teaching. I know the main problems that teachers face in teaching receptive skills. The unit helps me understand the balance between reading and listening and writing and speaking. In reading, i personally think the most important is creating students interest for that we can use differents techniques. One of them choosing the topic of the text or dialogue that motivates learners and they are interested in it. An important feature in the teaching receptive skills concerns comprehension tasks.
