I think this particular set of questions have a significant subjective component to them and that there shouldn't be one "right" answer. For example, with regard to questions # 11 & 12, depending on the age and cognitive ability of the students, I might prefer to drill the contracted form of the structure after a simple gap-fill activity if students are younger or more intellectually challenged. Whereas, with an older group of students and a more intellectually advanced student groups who I thought could grasp the contraction form, I might opt to teach the contracted form with the non-contracted form in which case the drill would come before the gap-fill activity. In the latter scenario I would then have the gap-fill activity include the contracted forms at the same time.
