This lesson is analysing 2videos of thesame teacher in two separate classes. In 1video the teacher is very flexible and makes use of the ESA teaching method, uses pictures and encourage team work thereby making the class interactive and encouraging. On the other video,the teacher wasn't flexible, the class wasn't that organized, no team work,boring and noisy. He also put too much on the board,which made the students to choose what to copy or ignored by themselves. To conclude, he made sure the students understood(being a good organizer, manager) in the first video while in rhe second video,he didn't really care if the students understood or not. He just assumed they did. I've learned to be a good organizer, manager and how to manage a classroom
