I learned that as a teacher when coming to class you must be confident, prepared, alive, enthusiastic, and full of life. You should widen your student's mind by making simple ice breaker or dialogue with the class before the formal lesson. Not just by jumping into the lesson the first step you come the class. Of course, introducing yourself into the class is very important and knowing each of their names will be a huge factor as you go along with the lesson. I also like how the sitting arrangements were placed. The teacher has a full view and access of the students and same as the student's to the teacher. You should have patience and understanding in class when dealing with your students. A teacher should also encourage students to participate in class even if he or she is not in the right mood.
