In this Unit (6 – Video Lessons), I had the opportunity to watch two different classes. One that was not very effective. And another, that was surely more successful than the first one. In my opinion the second video shows a lesson which was way more effective than the lesson shown in the first reasons. And there were many reasons for this. The teacher in the beginning of the second lesson introduced himself and introduced the thematic of the class in a more smooth way, explaining better and more patiently the contents of the lesson. In the first lesson the teacher did not introduce himself, and started the class asking too many question that the students could not even understand very well. Also, during the activity in the first lesson the teacher hurried the students while in the second lesson he gave explanations before the exercise and also gave the students enough time to finish those exercises. In the second lesson the teacher involved more the students and explained/corrected the exercises more patiently. It was a great opportunity for me to see the difference between a good lesson and lesson that is not very good.
