This unit provides an overview on the basic pronunciation and phonology of English. I am particularly impressed by the different ways to articulate English syllables and the related speech organs. This is because I have always found difficulties in finding a scientifically intuitive way to share with my students the ideas/tips for analyzing the specific ways to articulate English words.
