I hold the same opinions with the part of the introduction: "Pronunciation is probably the most neglected aspect of English language teaching". In fact, the pronunciation is the basement for a language learner to acquire listening skills. Imagine if a student can't perceive the right pronunciation, it could cause misunderstanding through the conversation. Include the teacher, should learn the right pronunciation.
