In this unit, i have learnt that there are two kind of skills named Receptive and Productive. The first one is named to indicates reading and listening skills and the second one is about speaking and writing skills. A teacher integrates all kind of skills in the lesson. All of them are equally important. Reading and listening skills let us read (or listen the material) in a detailed way, we can scan it carefully, we can skim it fast or predict the context (by the headlines for example). We can also make deduction from context.
