As the saying goes: more haste, less speed. So as the rapport in the classroom. Rapport is just like the adhesive between the teacher and the students. If we can make the adhesive softer and softer, the teaching will be better and better. For establishing rapport in the classroom, I'd like to demonstrate it by these following aspects: First and foremost, Well begun is half done. Teachers should play a key role in it. Before the class starts, good preparation is necessary and essential. Make the board, markers, all kinds of teaching materials, etc are all available and working. Then, it is very important to get knowledge of students' basic information, their wants and needs.in this way, teachers can deliver a class more smoothly with this support. The harmonious environment can be in favor of students' motivation aspirations. When the students come to the classroom, a big welcome is significant to bring the students into the studying environment. Second, the interaction of teaching and learning is important. A good teacher-pupil interaction, which used effective teaching and learning to create, is agreed by the teachers and pupils that teachers need to allow students to study willingly by selecting the different learning methods to attend learning activities. Clear instructions and great question asking can be into the class. As a matter of fact, using the appropriate way of asking questions is an effective means to achieve good interaction between teachers and pupils in the classroom. Thirdly, the organizing and summarizing after the class should not be ignored. The teachers need to organize and summarize the teaching outcomes by using observing the progress of the pupils after the class. Giving the pupils positive and proper feedback is helpful for them to improve what they need to work on. In the meanwhile, reflection and evaluation are also the key points. During the class, if the teacher can organize some interesting activities which are related to the lesson, such as role-plays, debate, discussion, hangman, etc, the pupils can be more engaged and proactive and interactive.
