Learning phonics would be extremely helpful, especially for young learners since they can begin a strong foundation in pronunciations. It is a great method to teach children how to read and it also makes it easier for children to pick up. We can use phonics to break down words for students to blend and decode. After acquiring some phonics skills, children will be able to blend and decode independently. When there are new words they are not sure how to pronounce, they can try to blend it by themselves and pronounce the words. When students have a proper foundation of phonic sounds, they can learn to recognize phonetic scripts and soon they will be able to read the pronunciation script provided in the text-dictionaries!
